Terms of use
1. Provider
EntityGap (entitygap.com) is provided by Sara Borghi, Via del Murazzo 63, 41123 Modena, Italy, VAT no. 02652360229, email [email protected]. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. The service
EntityGap is a free online tool that analyses public web pages and produces a diagnostic report on entities, gaps against competitors and structured data. It requires no registration. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time, including through usage limits (for example on automatic Google searches).
3. Nature of the results
Results are automated estimates for information purposes. They do not reproduce Google's systems, are not professional advice and do not guarantee rankings, traffic or visibility in AI assistants. Decisions taken on the basis of the report are the user's own responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to: analyse only publicly accessible pages; not use the tool for automated or mass requests; not attempt to circumvent technical limits or security measures; not use it for unlawful purposes or in breach of third-party rights. We may limit or block uses that breach these terms.
5. Content you enter
You are responsible for the addresses, searches and texts you enter and confirm that you are entitled to use them. Analysed pages belong to their owners: EntityGap reads them only to produce the report and does not republish them.
6. Intellectual property
The software, design, texts, name and logo of EntityGap belong to Sara Borghi. You may freely use and share the reports you generate.
7. Third-party services and donations
The service relies on third-party services (Cloudflare, Wikidata, DataForSEO and, if you choose it, Google Cloud Natural Language), whose availability we cannot guarantee. Contributions through Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary donations: they are not a payment for the service and give no right to additional services.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of availability, continuity or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or its results, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code). This does not affect any mandatory rights of consumers.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version, with its date, is always on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means accepting the new terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For professionals and businesses, the competent court is Modena. For consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, as provided by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
